TERMS OF SERVICE
30 Day Guarantee – Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your first month’s content, cancel within 30 days for a full, immediate refund (processed within 24 hours), including the setup fee. After ordering, you can cancel anytime. We do not lock you into any contracts. However, there are no refunds after 30 days.
Annual (yearly) accounts are not eligible for partial refunds if cancelled after 30 days. We renew annual accounts automatically. Please mark your personal calendars ahead of your renewal date. We make attempts to contact you prior to renewing, but if our emails don’t reach you (for any reason), your personal reminder will serve as a back up. If we do not hear from you, or if you do not cancel your account, you will be billed again for another year. Each annual renewal is eligible for our 30 day guarantee. Within 30 days of automatic renewal of your annual account, you have the option to cancel for a full refund of the renewal amount.
Using Mailchimp with Fit Newsletters
A free or paid Mailchimp account is required to use our newsletters. Fit Newsletters and Mailchimp are separate entities. Fit Newsletters produces newsletters that can be edited in and sent via Mailchimp. All Mailchimp accounts are owned by you (the subscriber), not by Fit Newsletters. Mailchimp’s “Free” plan offers their users up to 2,000 subscribers free. Beyond 2,000, Mailchimp will charge their users a fee. We will require temporary MANAGER level access to your Mailchimp account in order to configure your newsletter settings. To access your account and complete our setup, Fit Newsletters will send an “Agency Access Request” via Mailchimp to you, requesting that our agency have temporary Manager Level access.
Acceptable Use of Our Newsletters
Subscribers to Fit Newsletters agree to use the content of each issue of Fit Newsletters only within the context of the newsletter, and not to use any separate articles to post in blogs or other online media. The articles are licensed within the context of the newsletter, not licensed for separate use elsewhere.
- If you wish to cancel, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and entering into your account page. Your can also send an email message to us at Fit Newsletters, simply saying CANCEL MY ACCOUNT, PLEASE.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site, except as stated below. We only collect and have access to information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us and to provide promotional offers related to your business improvement. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website, if you leave it intact. We suggest removing location data from images.
Our website may use forms that store your previous entries in the form of cookies. This is for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

DATA PROTECTION (Financial and personal data)
Access to Mailchimp data
We do not store your personal newsletter data. We will ask for your access to your Mailchimp login credentials (or we will create those for you) to configure your Mailchimp account. That access will be severed after five days, giving us time to configure your account and address any changes you may want before we remove ourselves from that account. Once we have severed the link between us and your Mailchimp account, we no longer have access to your Mailchimp account.
Where we send your data
Any private data we collect from you is stored within our secure website. We do not share private data about you with any other source. See Financial Data below for an explanation of how we handle financial data. If we participate with other website promotions, or provide you with access to other websites, or link to other websites, those websites may collect and use private data from you in the form of cookies.
All credit card information (numbers, expiration dates, CVC number) are managed by our secure payment gateways, PayPal and Stripe. At no time does Fit Newsletters or it’s parent Fast Newsletters maintain, store, or manipulate credit card information directly. All credit card information is managed by PayPal or Stripe.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or contact form given on our website:

- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data we have about you.
